Three Blue Ducks Brings Simple, Real Food to Bellingen’s The Lodge

Next level restaurant group Three Blue Ducks are set to open its latest location in Bellingen on the New South Wales mid-north coast in 2023. The new venue, named Three Blue Ducks Bellingen, will be located at The Lodge, which boasts 16 acres of gardens and is situated between Bellingen’s rainforest and surf beaches.

The restaurant will serve ethically sourced, real food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and functions. The team behind Three Blue Ducks, including Chef and owners Darren Robertson and Andy Allen, are working with local producers to source ingredients for the menu, which will also feature a selection of local wines, beers, and coffee from partner Single O.

“Sustainability and ethically sourced produce is a primary focus for us and this ethos will continue with our menu offering in Bellingen. The area and its surroundings is a melting pot of different flavours, ideas and innovative ways of presenting food, which makes Bello a must-visit location for food lovers.” said Robertson.

The venue will cater to weddings, private events, and general dining. Sustainability and ethical sourcing remain a primary focus for the Three Blue Ducks team. Stay tuned for further details via the Three Blue Ducks website.
