The duo behind Armadale’s popular Orrong Hotel, Matt Vero (Marquis of Lorne, Union House, and Mt Erica Hotel) and Scott Connolly (Moore St Tavern), have taken the reins of this treasured establishment. Both Vero and Connolly developed a deep fondness for the pub during their time in the region, and when the opportunity to become its new owners arose, they eagerly embraced the chance to restore it for both new and loyal patrons.

Known for its cosy dining room and hearty menu, the Healesville Hotel will maintain its charm while offering a range of dining options to cater to locals and visitors alike. The ethos behind the interior design was to reimagine the Healesville Hotel, to honour its beautiful bones from its past, and restore a sense of nostalgia through the interiors. It is something we are very much looking forward to.”
