Sunbury residents rejoiced as their favourite local hangout, the Ball Court Hotel, swung its doors open once again in early January after an extensive renovation worth millions. The rejuvenated venue, now more community-oriented than ever, promises an array of exciting features tailored to delight locals of all ages.
Among the highlights of the renovation is the unveiling of Sunbury’s largest beer garden, complete with an outdoor bar, large-screen TVs for sports enthusiasts, and a dedicated kids’ playground. Whether it’s enjoying drinks on warm evenings, indulging in leisurely lunches, or providing parents with a relaxed dining experience while their children are entertained, the beer garden aims to be the go-to spot for all occasions.

The Ball Court Hotel’s bistro has undergone a significant transformation, both in aesthetics and capacity, now accommodating more guests than ever before. The updated interior is complemented by a revamped menu featuring classic Aussie pub fare like Chicken Schnitzel, and Beef and Guinness Pie, alongside a dedicated kids’ menu and an array of burgers, including the signature Parma Burger.
Sports enthusiasts are in for a treat with the upgraded Sports Bar, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and numerous large-screen TVs for an immersive viewing experience.
